CANCELLATION POLICY

STUDIO POLICIES — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING * Deposits
 * A non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients to secure your time on the schedule: $20 for facials, brow laminations, and waxing services, or $10 for any other service. Returning clients do not need to pay a deposit unless a previous cancellation or no-show fee remains unpaid. * Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without penalty. Each appointment includes up to two complimentary reschedules; after that, a new deposit will be required. * Cancellations or reschedules made within the 24-hour window will incur a 50% late cancellation fee. * Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * Your health matters: Please do not come in sick. If you are feeling unwell, reach out as soon as possible, and I will gladly work with you to waive cancellation fees. * Late Arrivals
Life happens! There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are running late, please communicate as soon as possible—I will always do my best to accommodate you if the schedule allows. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without communication may need to be rescheduled and treated as a same-day cancellation. * Payments
For your convenience, we accept cash, tap-to-pay, and cards securely stored on file. Any unpaid cancellation or no-show fees must be resolved before booking your next visit. * Refunds
All service fees, product sales, and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. * Guests
To keep the space calm and focused on your relaxation, I ask that you arrive unaccompanied whenever possible. However, I understand exceptions arise: minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian, and if you'd like to bring someone else along, just reach out beforehand and we can easily work something out!
