CANCELLATION POLICY

𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐈𝐎 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐄𝐒 — 𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃 𝐁𝐄𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 • Deposits A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for your first appointment to secure your time on my schedule. Returning clients do not need to pay a deposit unless a previous cancellation or no-show fee remains unpaid. • Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment time. Each appointment includes two complimentary reschedules. After the second reschedule, a new appointment and new deposit will be required. • Cancellations Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Late Arrivals There is a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible — I will always do my best to accommodate you if my schedule allows. • Payments All fees are automatically invoiced to the card on file. Any declined payments must be resolved in full before rebooking. • Refunds Services and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Guests To keep the space calm and focused on you, no extra guests or children are permitted unless pre-approved prior to your appointment.
